ARCHITECTURAL CONFORMITY

-- Only outdoor patio furniture, plants, and a barbeque grill are allowed on the patio. -- Patios are not to be used for storage. Residents/Owners must keep the patio clean. -- The hanging of mops, clothing, towels, rugs, etc., on patio railings is prohibited. -- Any exterior modification to units or patios must have pre-authorization. A proposal regarding modifications must be submitted in writing and approved by the Architectural Committee. -- No pet houses are allowed on patios. -- No outside feeding of pets is allowed. -- Broken windows or screens must be repaired or replaced. Screen doors must be bronze or black. -- Window coverings must be neat and presentable from the exterior. -- Outside lighting and seasonal decor are permitted during the holidays, but must be removed within 2 weeks of the holday. -- Saucers or "water catchers" are required underneath plants on patios both hanging and on railings.
