e-mail to x Security (with a copy to the Property Management
Office) to inform security of potentially dangerous situations
or unusual/suspicious behaviour or to lodge your complaints about
poor security performance. You can also praise security personnel
for doing a good job!
Our Contract Security Force
is empowered to issue citations for
violations of Miraleste Canyon Estates Community Rules and Regulations
(see CC&Rs)... some examples
of the Citations they issue and the Fine Schedule
are as follows:

Among the duties and activities
of our uniformed Security Officers are:
-- Control of Vehicle access
from main (west) gate.
-- Routine inspection of parked vehicles for proper permissions.
-- Responding to resident's calls.
-- Foot Patrol on a scheduled basis over most of the pathways
in the complex.
-- Lock and unlock various gates and structures at prescribed
hours.
-- Reporting unsafe conditions to HOA Management for maintenance
-- Guide to Emergency Response Personnel
Parents of juveniles are reminded that there is a city curfew
for children under the age of XX after 10:00 pm.
