The money collected from the Homeowners of Miraleste Canyon pays for the maintenance and improvements of the "common area" development and facilities. This includes such fundamental resources as parking areas and utilities to amenities such as convenient Laundry Rooms and Pool and Spa areas. These fees pay for the Security staff, the Maintenance staff, the Landscaping and Groundskeepers, and the HOA Office staff. It even pays for this website.
